GMBSignals (operated by StreamlineSMB) provides Google Business Profile management and Google Maps rank-tracking services for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you work with us or use our client portal, we collect and store:
If you connect your Google account to GMBSignals (an optional feature), we use the Google Business Profile APIs to read and manage your own business listing data on your behalf. Our use, receipt, and disclosure of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the GMBSignals service for your account, and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the service (e.g., hosting) or as required by law.
Data is stored on our servers in the United States with access restricted to authorized staff. We use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of storage is 100% secure.
We keep your business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, request deletion by emailing us and we will remove your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
GMBSignals analyzes publicly available Google Maps/Search results. Your use of Google services is additionally governed by Google's own privacy policies.
