These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GMBSignals (operated by StreamlineSMB, "we"), including the website at gmbsignals.app and the client portal at app.gmbsignals.app.
GMBSignals provides Google Business Profile management, Google Maps rank tracking, Gap Reports, and related digital marketing services for small businesses. The service is offered as a monthly subscription (currently $500/month, shown on the site) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must be the owner or an authorized representative of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your portal credentials confidential. Self-serve accounts remain inactive until verified and approved by our staff.
Some features optionally connect to your Google account via OAuth to access Google Business Profile APIs. Our use, receipt, and disclosure of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing the service and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You may revoke that connection at any time through your Google account settings.
Fees are billed monthly as agreed at signup. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; service continues through the end of the paid period. We may suspend service for non-payment after notice.
You agree not to misuse the service, submit false business claims, attempt unauthorized access, or use generated content in violation of any third-party platform's rules. Content created for your brand voice remains for your use in your marketing.
We provide best-effort ranking and profile-management work and report results transparently with heatmaps and trend reports. Search rankings depend on many factors; we do not guarantee particular positions or lead volumes.
The GMBSignals website, app, and reports are our property. Your business data remains yours. Upon cancellation you may request an export of your stored data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate the relationship as described in Section 4; we may also terminate for breach of these Terms.
